Stayed here for RIAT, close to both Blue and Red routes. The staff were lovely and even provided us with a bag of water and snacks for the hot weather. Appreciated the big fan in the room. The food at the Brewers Fayre next door was good and reasonably priced

Received great service at check-in. Located in an Industrial Park area, with a highly recommended Harvester restaurant a couple of miles away. Make sure to book a table in advance

Typical Premier Inn with a nice, large, and free car park. The room was spacious and clean, with minimal noise even with the windows open. The location was near where local car enthusiasts gather, resulting in occasional loud cars in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff. A charming pub on the other side of the car park with friendly staff and good food and beer, but with early closing times

Felt incredibly welcomed by the kind, friendly, and efficient staff. Special thanks to Oliver and Caroline. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the shower amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Premier Inn should invest in updating this hotel, as it is quite dated. Rooms are dark with minimal lighting. Staff in the pub are perceived as arrogant

Stayed with my partner on New Year's Eve 2023. The room was lovely and warm. The receptionist was brilliant and immediately booked us a table at Brewster Fayre. We also had breakfast there, with plenty of choices and worth the money

A fairly well-appointed hotel that served its purpose as a business stopover. Main issue was the extremely creaky stairs and floors, along with less-than-soundproof rooms. Could hear sounds from other rooms while walking the corridors. The receptionist was extremely helpful during check-in and when resolving a pre-booked breakfast issue. Benefits from having a Brewers Fayre across the road for a great value breakfast. Vending machine in the reception is convenient but expensive. Will choose this hotel again, as it is better than similar-priced locations in town

WiFi was terrible with no signal in the rooms. No plugs next to the bed. Walls and floors were paper-thin

The hotel was fine, but the issue was with the pub next door, which seems to be connected. We were not allowed to go for a drink in the pub on Saturday evening due to a private disco. We were hoping to eat there but no tables were available. Despite advertising BT sports, we were informed the private disco was being held in the bar, so no football was on. Disappointing experience for my husband who was looking forward to watching the match all day. When the hotel receptionist inquired about the situation, she was told the disco was open to anyone, contrary to what we were told
